Looking for professional type tenants that are looking for a quiet private and drama free home. I have been home sharing since 2010, and have met over 40 newfound friends in the process. Most of my renters are travelers, be it medical or teaching professionals, military, government or private contractors, interns or post grad students . Most are here 3-12 Months… but I’m open… some have been here as little as 6 weeks, while others a Few years before moving on to new adventures and locations in life. I live here with my long term partner Patrick.

This is a room for just one individual ,… it’s just not set up for two nor has the square footage in it for more, so please don’t ask.

We do have a 11 month old dog-she is an American staffy and just a lover. She is about 45 lbs and fully grown
She is fully professionally trained (but the puppy energy still remains, we are working on that…) and is not allowed in your personal areas at all. She is gated off inside for my bed bath and hall areas as well as her dog run outside and only allowed In a few common areas if I’m w/her. She doesn’t really bark or shed. Belly rubs welcome!
We don’t allow other animals as a result.
