Right now, the existing tenant is in process of finalizing her move out date (reliving out of state).. She anticipates no later than end of March, but may be a few weeks later, but won’t have that fully finalized til around March 7. Can still show in person before If desired.

We do have a 10 month old dog-she is an American staffy and just a lover. She is about 45 lbs.
She is fully professionally trained and is not allowed in your personal areas at all. She is gated off inside for my bed bath and hall areas as well as her dog run outside and only allowed In a few common areas if I’m w/her. She doesn’t bark or shed. Belly rubs welcome!
We don’t allow other animals as a result.
