Living alone is the pits. Especially while trying to afford everything these days.

The house is close to Ute Valley Park with plenty of trails around for walking/hiking. The area is safe, quiet and is located in a culdesac.

The rent includes the entire basement, minus one room. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with one bathroom attached. Tall 9’ ceiling in the lower level, so it doesn’t feel like a basement. Also includes a walkout with a private patio + fenced in area. A large mostly furnished private family room is also included. One car space in insulated garage also included. Shared kitchen and laundry which are upstairs.

Utilities (water, gas and electric) to be split. Wi-fi and trash included.

One person only, please. Will consider a pet housebroken dog. No cats, please. Photos will be uploaded soon.
