There is a in unit washer and dryer and of course you would have access to the rest of the apartment. The living arrangement would be until November 2026. The apartment is in walking distance of King Soopers, Dollar Tree, Panda Express, Starbucks, and other shopping area's.
I am a quiet, introverted, full time worker. I would appreciate a roommate who is also quiet, cleans up after themselves, and has great hygiene. You won't have to worry about me bothering you, I work overnights and sleep in the day and keep to myself. We'd rarely see each other. I would need to see your I. D. and proof of income.
