Hello! I am currently looking to rent out 1 room in my house. Open to female and male tenants! The house is located 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Cheyenne mountain and the Red Rock open space, and 15 minutes to the Garden of the Gods. Month-to-month and flexible renting is available.

About the room:

The last 3 pics is the room for rent. Room has a closet and plenty of amenities!

The house is fully furnished including the bedrooms. All necessities will be available at the move-in date. The room also includes a hanging mirror, a dresser, and a large full closet. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED- including Wi-Fi! Parking is onsite.

About the house:

Shared spaces include the upstairs living room, kitchen, and downstairs storage space as needed. The house is rented by the room, but the downstairs is private (outside of the laundry room) and the upstairs is primarily for tenants (minus the kitchen which is shared).

Also have newly renovated the backyard to include a patio, outdoor kitchen, hammock, and a pergola that are all to be shared!

Requirements:
