Kittrick listing

This is a new build home and I am looking for people to rent out the two rooms that I have. They are unfurnished, have a shared bathroom, shared washer and dryer with landlord, and a shared kitchen. There is one spot in the garage available for one of the renters to park their car. The house is minutes away from grocery stores, food spots, schools, a hospital, and Powers boulevard. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The landlord has a dog, but is looking for someone without a pet. The renter must make times the rent in a month, have at least a credit score, and there will be a background check done.
