Cheap, Pet Friendly and Brand New

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Apartment was just redone and is super adorable and cozy. It is right next to the laundry room and the only direct neighbor is the one above and they haven’t made a sound since I moved in. Super pet friendly place and very community centered with lots of opportunities to connect with the neighbors (bbqs, pool parties, costume contests, and cute dog competitions). There is a really nice trail behind the apartments that I like to walk my dog on. November rent will be paid by me and the deposit is already paid too. Lease ends in July.
