Looking for a third roommate!

About our house:
LGBTQ+ and friendly household. 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Downtown area. Within walking distance to Tejon Street and Wiedner Field. No pets (we already have two cats). In-unit laundry, dishwasher, AC, trash, WI-FI, street parking, backyard, shed, furnished. Laundry room is only accessible through the master bedroom (your room), so we would need to walk through your room to access it. Master bedroom also has its own access to the shared bathroom and a queen-sized mattress with a bedframe!

12-month lease that ends next July. Security deposit is already covered, you would just have to pay Octobers rent and send your background information and most recent pay stubs to our landlord.

About us:
Hi! We are two girls in our early 20s looking for someone to join our household! We have pretty busy schedules during the week because of school and work, but we love hanging out together when we are home. We’re a pretty laid-back, social household and enjoy movie nights, cooking together, going out, and the occasional game night or drinks. We also enjoy playing video games and arts and crafts together

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and easygoing. We definitely enjoy having fun and having friends over, but we also value everyone’s privacy and personal space. We’re hoping to find someone who wants more than just a place to sleep and would genuinely enjoy being part of the household.

We also have one friendly gecko and two very sweet resident cats 🐱, so being comfortable around cats is important.
