Hey there! We're looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to join our updated secondfloor condo at Leland Point in the Sand Creek Commons community (). It's just minutes from both Peterson Space Force Base and Fort Carson, so if you're stationed nearby or work in the area, the commute is hard to beat.
The open room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. You'd share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and deck. The condo has a cozy gas fireplace, central air, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer in the unit, and offstreet parking. Pets are welcome, and it's a nonsmoking home.
It's $ a month with all utilities included, so there are no bills to split and no chasing anyone for money. It's monthtomonth, which keeps things easy if you're on orders or figuring out your next move.
