I am looking for someone to take over my and my partner's leases at West Edge Apartments in Colorado Springs.

They are per person contracts for one bed/one bathroom set-ups in a two-bedroom apartment. There's garage parking for $40 a month, pet rent for $35 a month per pet (2 pets per apartment), in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and walk-in closets, plus the apartments are fully furnished with a sofa, television, coffee table, bedframe + mattress, desk + desk chair, and dresser drawers.

It's a 15 minute walk from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus.
