Hi! I’m looking for a clean, quiet, respectful, and friendly female roommate for my recently renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.

The room can be furnished ($850/month) or unfurnished ($800/month), and short-term leases are available. Street parking is available, and the home is shared with respectful women.

I’m a Christian, and while you don’t have to be, I’m hoping to find someone who is kind, considerate, communicates well, and values a peaceful, respectful home environment. Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to everyone in the house.
