The property is well kept, shared with a roommate (F), who I think is awesome!! But I'm looking to get out of my current lease as I've found somewhere better for me. I just need to find a sublet as I've already resigned my lease months ago. The current lease ends July 31st, and begins again on August 1st. There is a private bed and bathroom, only a shared living room and kitchen. All things considered, it's spacious and very well put together/ designed. They do allow animals for an added fee. After everything's accounted for, I usually pay about 1100/mo. They did also offer at my resign- $50 off- for the upcoming lease term as well! This unit is pre-furnished with couch, tv, tv stand, drawers/dressers, desk, night stand, and a mattress /bed frame. Does also have a balcony with a nice view!
