The suite door locks from both inside and out for your security and peace of mind. Reserved driveway parking, easy I access, and a quiet neighborhood make this a comfortable place to settle in.

Your personal space includes:
*Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the inch Smart TV.
*Sleeping Nook: A cozy area featuring a comfortable queensize bed for a restful night's sleep and large under the bed storage drawers.
*Dedicated Workspace: A quiet corner with a desk and printer, perfect for remote work.
*Kitchenette: Equipped with a minifridge, microwave, and a wellstocked coffee and tea bar, dinnerware and a dining table.
*Fitness Corner: A small exercise nook with an exercise bench and resistance bands.
*Private Bathroom: A wellstocked bathroom exclusively for your use. Located just up a few steps on the lower level.
*Walkin Closet: A spacious closet with plenty of storage for your belongings.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire basement suite. In addition, you are welcome to use the following shared spaces within our home:
*MainLevel Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher and small kitchen appliances.
The kitchen is shared, but guests have their own designated cookware, utensils, dish towels, sponge, and cabinet storage so you're never guessing what to use.
*Laundry Room: Located on the lower level with a washer and dryer available for your use.
*Backyard: A private backyard with a covered patio and dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors.

**Other details to note**
This is an owneroccupied home. As with any livedin home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds.
No smoking or drug use on the property.
