The renters both own large dogs so no cats are allowed, though another dog is ok upon approval and with pet fee of $25/month with $150 pet deposit.

House has shared common areas including, furnished living room, equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, some storage, fenced backyard with bbq grill and firepit.
Share a bathroom with 1 other tenant. Bedroom furniture available for rent, as well.

The residents are friendly and helpful and sometimes share meals and stories around the firepit. There is gaming and laughter and music, but everyone is respectful and willing to keep it down.

To move in, asking 1st month rent plus $250 security deposit, as well as pass a background check. Any pet fees are additional.
