Looking to Share My Townhome

I have been renting this 2-floor townhome since 2011 and love this quiet complex, located near Woodmen Rd. and Austin Bluffs. With the landlord's approval, I would like to find a roommate as I am now retired from teaching. This second floor room has a private bathroom and balcony. The washer and dryer is next to the bedroom on top of the stairway and between the room and the master bedroom. There is a grocery store 5 min. away, a VASA gym 10 min. away and can share the 2-car garage parking pace for an additional $100/month. I have a small dog and prefer no other pets but may consider a cat, as long the cat doesn't like to scratch on the carpet. The room can be available sooner than February 1st but I need to get it ready as my daughter moved out when she got married. You can use the kitchen, laundry area, and dining room only. The room rents for $700 and it includes internet, utilities and trash. The room has a twin bed, a small dresser and bookshelf, a TV and TV stand but small items can be removed to just leave the bed. I will need proof of income, criminal background check, and rent must be paid with a Money Order/Cashier's check on the 1st of each month. There will be a lease to be approved prior to moving in. Pictures of the area to be occupied will be taken with you present prior to moving in.
