This is a two-room basement suite with an attached, private 1/2 bath. The room is furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, lamps and dresser, and a small built in desk.

There is a shared kitchen, dining area, living room and large backyard, with plenty of room for hosting and lots of natural light in the house. There is a large TV and gas fireplace in the living room, and a fully furnished kitchen as well. All utilities are included in the rental price.

The house has two male roommates who are 30+ years old and quiet, one of whom is gone a majority of the time. There are no pets on the property.

This property has multiple parks in the neighborhood, walking-distance restaurants and gyms, and has easy, quick access to the Powers corridor.
