Duplex in Briargate - 1 room $815/month

Looking for move-in on June 1. One room is available, standard closet in the briargate and chapel hills area of Colorado Springs. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished as is. One half bath and one shared bath. The property is a duplex and is operated by a property management company. Internet is $10 a month, utilities range from $40-$60 a month . Water is included in the rent price. The duplex has two rooms but only one is available. This is a six month lease with the possibility of renewing. More pets are not welcome. There is a garage but that is not included in the $815.00. There is some storage available in a shed out on the back patio. The room pictured with the bed is the available room and will be completely empty and vacuumed by the 1st of May.

I’m a 27 year old male that works full time. I have two cats. I live a very clean lifestyle and require that same lifestyle of any potential roommate. Big thing is keeping things the way one finds them - basically clean up after yourself. Taking turns cleaning the bathrooms once every couple weeks is a must. I’m a happy guy that is social but I don’t host big parties. Looking for a reliable person that takes care of the space and who won’t have any issue paying bills on time. Weed and other drugs are not allowed on the premises per the landlord.
