Cost
• Rent: $969/month
• Utilities: Split 3 ways (electric, gas, WiFi/Xfinity) — usually about $150–$230/person/month depending on the season.

• Semi-private living area downstairs (you’ll have the smaller living space to yourself — the other two housemates tend to hang upstairs.) And larger living space is for all to use.

• Pets okay (but you’d be responsible for the monthly pet fee + being a solid pet owner)
