Hey! I’m looking for a responsible, clean, working professional to take over a room in our home. One of my housemates is relocating out of state at the end of this month(February),so the room will be opening up March 1, 2026.

Cost
• Rent: $969/month
• Utilities: Split 3 ways (electric, gas, WiFi/Xfinity) — usually about $150–$230/person/month depending on the season.

What you’ll get
• Private main-floor bedroom (see photos). Can fit a queen size bed.

• Semi-private living area downstairs (you’ll mostly have the smaller living space to yourself — the other two housemates are upstairs and tend to hang up there)

There’s one female and one male living upstairs — both work, keep to themselves, and the house is generally quiet and respectful. Everyone has their own bathroom.

• Pets okay (but you’d be responsible for the monthly pet fee + being a solid pet owner)
