Hi there,

If you're looking for a quiet suburban place to call home, but want the convenience of having grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and more close to you, our 3 bed/ 2 bath ranch style home may be the place for you to call home (Note: the photo of the office would be your bedroom and all office equipment will be removed prior to move in date). We have a large unfinished 1800 sq ft basement that has room for some storage, if needed - TBD.

We are a family of 3 with 2 dogs (sorry no other pets allowed). We value a clean peaceful living space. No drama. No smoking. No illegal drugs.
I am a former police officer so prospective roommates will have to pass a background check.

My husband and I have an 18 yr. old daughter and you would be sharing a full bathroom with her. If this sounds like a good fit, we would love to meet you in person at one of the many local coffee shops and go from there.
