Hi there! My name is Sydney and I am looking for a roommate to move into my furnished duplex/townhome in the Meridian Village area of Parker.
Rent is $1250 including utilities. (gas, electric, water and sewer) We would split Wifi. Month to month lease initially, just to make sure we get along. The home is 1600 Sq. ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a loft and a full-size Washer/Dryer on the upper level. The furnished main level offers an open concept living room, dining space, modern kitchen, half bath and den. There is also a small side yard with deck, pergola and bbq grill.
You would have a private bedroom (including a new bed but we can remove that if you have your own), private full bath and an unfurnished loft space next to your bedroom. In addition, the home has an attached 2 car garage so you would have your own space for 1 vehicle. There is also a crawl space with storage you are welcome to use.
I am a laid back, easy to get along with occupational therapist, 31 years old. Looking for a friendly, respectful, tidy professional. Stable employment is a must. No smoking, no pets (I am allergic) and no drugs.
This is a newer, quiet townhome community with access to a neighborhood pool. Located minutes from E470 and I-25, Light Rail, SkyRidge Medical Center, Parker Adventist Hospital and historic downtown Parker.
