Hi there, my name is Colton, your potential new roommate and landlord.

I am looking to rent out a private bed/bath in the Pinery area of Parker, Colorado. A little oasis hidden back in the woods where we frequently have deer and turkey spending time in the back/front yard.
Main Street Parker is about 7 miles out, giving pretty easy access to the 470 for trip to the airport or downtown.

The Space :
Your room would be located on the top floor of the house which you would have all to yourself with a Private Bathroom.

The Unfurnished space I'm asking $800/month
There is a mattress that can be used or removed from the room

The Furnished room at $1,000
Full bed set up with dresser

All Utilities are included in each option.
