Would like to rent both rooms to one individual so the bathroom is private. Discounted rent 1700/negotiable for both rooms and only one non refundable security deposit but could not list them 2 together. Rooms are in a large 3 bedroom home, 2 living areas, both rooms have a closet, bookshelves, ceiling fans, and TV with stands. 1 queen bed (may go with current renter but can be replaced), dressers and office will have a small desk, TV stand, recliner.. Happy to rearrange as well to fit needs or your items, large eat in kitchen, washer, dryer, driveway and on street parking, great fenced backyard with patio, infrared sauna, Xfinity Gigibit extra wifi, quiet, safe neighborhood close to e470 and I25. In between Denver and Colorado Springs. There is some storage available as well. Looking for something longer term if we match well but open to shorter leases as well. No partying, smoking or drugs. *** friendly but no smoking in the home, I rarely drink, more of an introvert, work from home and like to watch sports, hang out with my dog and just chill. Either bed can be moved to basement for a living/office space if both rooms are rented to one person. Will consider another dog but no cats as I am allergic.
