Hello. My name is Barilyn and I lease the house on Pensive Court in Parker CO. This is a gorgeous four bedroom house with a finished basement in the beautiful Canterberry Crossing neighborhood. My 28 year old son lives with me and is back in college full time on scholarship. He uses the finished basement. Middle level has a huge kitchen with all new upgraded appliances with a walkout to a big backyard connected to a big living room.. Middle level also has an office and a bathroom. Upper level has 3 bedrooms. I'm in the master with a bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs and another full bathroom. There is one of the bedrooms upstairs available. We love it here. Landlord lives very close and is amazing. We are walking distance to downtown Parker. We need one more roommate to move in and it is available on March 1st. We also need chosen roommate to sign a new one year lease end of June 2025. We all get along great. I love to cook and cook usually for everyone as does my son who picked up a culinary degree.
