One room open in shared house

Description: 1- 100 sq. ft. bedroom in a four bedroom house. Two bathrooms; one upstairs to be shared by two upstairs roommates and one downstairs shared by two downstairs roommates. One upstairs guest room for any occasional visitors. Laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer shared by all roommates. One upstairs kitchen and living room shared by all roommates. One tabletop game room/ common room downstairs also shared by all roommates. All common rooms are fully furnished, with dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Small backyard.

Location: Lone Tree suburb, about 2 miles from Lincoln Station, 1 mile from Park Meadows Mall.

Move in date: Sometime from February-May. Subletting until signing a year-long lease in May.

No Cats or Large Dogs, unfortunately (one of the current tenants is very allergic). Though certain small, preferably hypoallergenic dogs may be considered. Any other pets also open for consideration, especially birds.

No smoking inside the house, but can in the back yard.

Quiet hours after 10pm, since some have to get up early for work the next morning.

About us: My fiancé and I (28 and 30) live in the basement of the house. We’ve been here for over 4 years. We have a cockatiel and a parakeet we keep downstairs. We have a friend lined up to take the other upstairs bedroom at some point before June. We are renting the house from my fiancé’s parents. They are responsive and easy to work with as land lords. We are open, communicative, and work together to keep the common areas clean and sharable to all who live in the house. We’re just a bunch of big, artsy nerds looking for someone like-minded around our age to join the house. This is a leftist, LGBTQ+, Anti-Racist, Anti-Trump, Pro-Palestine household.
