So my wonderful roommate is leaving at the end of May (he’s a teacher). And my downstairs en suite will be available in June!
I’m working on installing a kitchenette- so far I have an apt size fridge and separate freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
The downstairs is furnished = bedroom, living room and private bathroom and eventually kitchenette. In the mean time, full access to shared kitchen (range, oven, sink).
Utilities, WiFi and street parking provided and included, laundry in unit.
Electronic lock on the bedroom door and ring camera and electronic lock on the house door.
We are in Acres Green which is 2 minutes to i25, 470 and DTC.
We are looking for a single working professional who is quiet and mature. No pets as we have plenty!
