I'm moving back into a house and I'd like to find someone to take over my lease. The complex has a year round heated pool and hot tub with an AMAZING sunset view, grills and pizza oven, full (mostly unused) gym and yoga/cycling studio, golf simulator, business center, private dog washing room and ski/board/bike tuning room.

Quick access to 470, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, DTC, Costco, Park Meadows, Chatfield reservoir, Red Rocks and more. GREAT LOCATION!!

My current roommates are chill guys in their late 30's Kyle hangs in his room and works from his home office almost always and Ben is a server with consistent hours from 730-330 Fri-Tue and has been in this apartment for 4 years.

Nights and weekends are quiet with very few visitors. My girlfriend was ALWAYS welcome, and your friends are too!!
