Private basement space available in a quiet home through the end of August. This is a great fit for someone looking for a clean, comfortable short-term rental with privacy and easy access.

The space has its own private entrance and is separated from the upstairs by a locked door, so it offers a very private setup. There is a private laundry room area with a refrigerator, sink, oven/stove, washer, and dryer for your use. Plenty of street parking is available.

The home is occupied upstairs by two working professionals, ages 28 and 29. One runs a company, and the other works full-time Monday through Friday for a car company in Littleton. We keep things quiet, respectful, and straightforward, and we are looking for someone similar. Quiet time is 10:00 PM.

The neighborhood has hiking trails within walking distance, and there is a park/playground directly behind the house.

A few important notes:
• Lease term is short-term, ending in August
• No pets, because there is already a dog in the home that is not dog-friendly
• No smoking
• No access to upstairs living area
• Must pass background check
• Please have stable verifiable income of at least 2.5x monthly rent.
• Occasional guests okay, no overnight guests without prior approval
• Single occupant only
