Professionally stained concrete floors, tall ceilings, 3 ceiling fans and large windows with black out curtains.

Electric, gas, heat, water and internet are included in rent. Lot parking/not reserved. Basement does not have a separate entrance but entrance is a few steps from the front door. Owners live on the main level with 2 cats but would only need to enter the basement for maintenance purposes.

Separate private laundry room in a huge storage area in the basement with shelving, full size stacking washer/dryer, small stand-up freezer and mini fridge. It does not feel like a basement with ~1150 sq ft!

Neighborhood pool open in the summer ($25 pool fob). $1000 deposit. Credit/Background check required – tenant pays the fee. Renters Insurance required.

No pets. No smoking/vaping. 6 month lease (negotiable) - $1600 p/month. Furnishings in photos are not provided.
