Hello! My name is Dave and I'm looking for a roommate to move in to a 3 BR 3 BA house near Founder's Village.

The House: It is a new build and located in a great neighborhood close to numerous parks, shops, grocery stores and downtown Castle Rock. It is also only 10 minutes to the Castle Rock outlets, 20 minutes to Lone Tree and 25 minutes to Denver Tech Center. It is an open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings and plenty of natural light The kitchen has a gas stove, brand new appliances, quartz countertops and a walk-in pantry. The house also has a front room on the main level and a loft upstairs
The available room is on the top floor and has an open view of the mountains and it’s own walk-in closet. This house is perfect for anyone that works from home, in Castle Rock or in South Denver.

Right now me and my roommate, Lauryn, live here.

About Me: My name is Dave and I’m 30 years old. I graduated from CSU in 2018 and have been working at Charles Schwab in Lone Tree for the last 7 years. I’m a very easy-going person and like everyone else in Colorado, I enjoy being outdoors. I’m always camping, hiking and fishing in the summer and falling down a mountain on a snowboard in the winter. I like hanging out with friends on the weekends, bbq’ing, or going and doing something new, but sometimes I just like staying at home and relaxing too.

About Lauryn: Lauryn is an incredible roommate and even better person. She is 31, has a bright and happy energy and is extremely respectful. She works full-time as a nanny for a family here in Castle Rock, Monday-Friday. She is very clean and organized and very caring.

We are very clean and really believe in communication and respect for the people we’re living with and hoping to find someone that is similar.
