Bedroom and shared bathroom (he is rarely home though)
Looking to sign till the end of the lease (which ends in January of 2027) - longer terms can be revisited before the lease is up.
Full use of the common areas as long as they are respected
Complete use of the following: washer and dryer(in unit), dishwasher, stove, microwave.
We don't have a lot of rules or run a tight ship
We are looking for any one. Any age, gender, if you are in a relationship, we welcome that even more as that would mean all utilities and rent would be split 5 ways.
We averaged 650 per person for the past couple of months split 4 ways.
We are looking to add to the lease, which also gives you access to the apartment commen areas. Use of the year round hot tub, seasonal pool, and 24 hour gym.

We only have a few requirements pertaining to this:
1-must be okay with cats. There are 2 that live there. They are ESA's which means more animals may possibly be discussed with the apartment complex
2-if you are interested, we would like to meet you, tell you about ourselves, and a little more about the apartment, and give you a tour, as well as see where you are coming from to make sure you leave that place in good standing
3- you won't only be going through us, but the apartment complex, meaning, they might have you submit a background check, and proof of work. I am not sure if there would be any move in fees, but help wise we only ask 650 for a deposit. You will receive it back when the lease ends
4-if you do not have a reliable source of income, we won't move forward with you as we do not want a repeat, for safety and security reasons, and you won't be paying any more than any of us, all prices are fair and calculated each month
