The house is almost 3,000 square feet with 3 beds, 3 baths, large kitchen and newer appliances. Huge patio with tons of room for BBQ with friends or drink after work. There are also 2 full "living rooms" set up so there is always room for privacy if desired.

Room for rent is very large, close to 15'x15' and has great closet space. It is $975/month.

Roommate 1, me, Alex, 32m is a small business owner and works from home part time. Enjoys anything outdoors. I am usually working or out for a ride on my motorcycle. I have been here 8 years and absolutely love the area and the house.

Roommate 2, Chris, late twenties, builds massive concrete pumps that 3d print houses, it’s pretty cool stuff. He works a ton and when he is home really just hangs out in his room, he’s a really quiet and to himself roommate.

House atmosphere is friendly, extremely laid back and very quiet. Friends come over and have a beer rarely, but we don't have raging parties or do drugs ever. I work a lot so work play balance is healthy. No "house rules" (some people have asked?), just be friendly, kind, pick up after yourself, keep the home in good condition and everyone is good to go! This house is awesome and the area is phenomenal.
