I am renting out a private living setup inside my spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in West Denver's commuter-friendly Valverde neighborhood. Open to short term/long term. Send me a message about yourself if you're interested!

Seeking a responsible, clean, and respectful housemate. I'm a 34 y/o female who mostly works from home and enjoys all outdoor activities. I'll sometimes have friends over for dinners or an occasional party but generally I'm out and about in the city or mountains! On weekdays you can find me climbing, playing volleyball in the park, or getting too engrossed in Below Deck :D.

As the homeowner, I take pride in keeping the home in excellent shape, and I've recently added some major upgrades to make the space incredibly comfortable. You will be sharing the house with me, but you will have plenty of your own private space to stretch out.
