Roomie - 2Br - Scenic, Quiet & Safe Near Du - $950

Hello! I’m a 32yr old woman looking for a roommate as a lease add-on for my 2BR, 1BA apartment in Denver’s 2nd safest neighborhood. Total living costs here after being split between two people—that’s base rent, trash/water & other complex utilities, Xcel bill, apartment insurance & WiFi—are only about $1060/month, usually a few bucks less! Pet friendly - lease ends 05/29/2026.

The apartment is only a mile from DU & even less from all the shops & restaurants, yet it’s set back from traffic in a quiet residential area on a side street: it’s the best of both worlds. I’ve lived here for a bit over 2 years & it’s been a great place—my neighbors are kind, no noise coming from the surrounding units, no pests, the area is very walkable & there’s amenities like a pool & gym.

I solo-renewed the lease after my recent roommate graduated to her own place & an out of state replacement I’d lined up bailed on moving to Denver at the last minute. My ideal roommate: easygoing, responsible, willing to split common area cleaning tasks with me on a regular basis to keep the place tidy, doesn’t have guests over 24/7 & doesn’t come in with more than 2-3 pets of their own (I have a sweet lil cat named Bodhi.) I’d really prefer a female roommate, but I’m open to a male one!
