Hello! We're looking for a dog friendly 3rd housemate in the walkable DU neighborhood, just a few blocks from the university. We're two ladies in our mid 30s and early 40s and love co-living for the community & support, savings, and monthly dinners together to promote communication in the house. We're looking for someone who feels the same, and who is tidy, considerate, likes a calm, quiet home, and respectfully shares space. We welcome professionals, students, all genders and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Here's the details:

Rent: $900/mo
(Refundable) Security deposit: $900
If applicable, (refundable) pet deposit: $250

Room: can be furnished or unfurnished;
- option to have an upstairs bedroom, 9x11, with full closet and nice window light & sharing the upstairs bathroom
- OR downstairs bedroom, 9x11, with private bathroom, and wardrobe for closet. Ideal for someone who likes a cooler, dark room for sleep or who works night shifts.

Move in date: March or April

Lease: open to 4-12 months

About the housemates:

Kelly is a part time nanny and part time retreat facilitator. She's enjoyed co-living her whole life, has been in Denver for 11 years, and loves workouts, yoga, dancing, trail runs, snowshoeing, and dinner gatherings with friends.

Amanda has lived across the US and internationally. She works in the Colorado state government and works from home 3-4 days/week. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, doing creative hobbies like pottery and playing guitar, and gathering friends for fun and witchy activities. She has a 70-lb dog who loves to play fetch, go on long sniffy hikes, and play with his friends.

- utilities range around 75-100/mo for the house, and will be split by everyone. We're responsible for gas, elec, water, & trash; AC window units can be used in the summer.

- no yard work; it's already included in the rent!

- great size fenced in yard with covered patios in the front and back of the house

- there will be one dog in the house and open to possibly one more

- garage is used by the owner for storage, but there will be space for our gear/bikes, and plenty of storage space downstairs as well
