Room for rent near DU campus

The building is about a 5 minute walk from south campus. The apartment is right next to a public park and is surrounded by greenery. The bedroom is 13'5" by 10'10", and you would have your own private bathroom.

There is a parking space that would be yours if you have a car, and a storage space that you would be welcome to use. Parking is included, as well as all utilities. There is a full kitchen with updated appliances, with lots of storage in shared areas and in your room. You would have full access to the private courtyard. There is no in-unit laundry but there is a shared laundry space in the building. The main area is furnished and you have the option of furnishing your own room or we can furnish it for you.

Pets of any type are allowed, however if they have a history of making excessive noise then they will not be permitted per HOA rules. As a note I do have a cat and she’s friendly with people and other animals like cats and dogs. However, she does have a strong prey drive, so please be warned if you have any small pets. Pets (cats & dogs) must be licensed in the city of Denver in order to comply with building HOA stipulations.

I am fairly tidy and clean frequently on a regular basis. I tend to study in the common area and often watch TV in the living room. I would love a roommate that shared some of my interests.
