About the Apartment:
Located between Union Station and Coors Field, the apartment is in the perfect downtown spot — everything you need is within walking distance. There’s a King Soopers right across the street for easy grocery runs. The unit is 1,067 sq. ft. with an in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony, and ceiling fans in every room.

You’ll have your own bedroom with a connected private bathroom and walk-in closet. The building is secure and fob-access only. Amenities include a year-round heated pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.

About Me / The Home:
I do have a black cat named Binx — he’s very sweet and friendly. He’s on allergy-reducing food, so people with mild allergies usually do just fine around him.

I’m 24 and work a full time 9-5 job. I’m friendly, easygoing, and love having a cozy, comfortable home. In my free time, I’m usually hanging out with my cat Binx, watching shows, playing video games, or doing arts and crafts. I really love anything artsy and have a ton of crafts to share. I also really like Legos.

I’m looking for a roommate who’s kind, respectful, and easy to get along with — someone who appreciates a relaxed, positive home environment.
