You: must be Kind and Clean. Sense of humor preferred!

Ideally, no pets. However, she will consider small, well-behaved pets that get along with her dog. Will require pet deposit.

Fully employed/ or able to easily make rent payments on time.

I typically prefer to live with she/ theys, but will consider anyone who's kind, responsible, and clean.
