Private furnished room available in a large, recently updated home in South Denver near DTC/DU. The house has plenty of shared space, a large kitchen, living areas, outdoor space, and access to the community pool and tennis courts. Garage/driveway parking and additional storage are available.

I’m a 24-year-old DU student and Marine veteran. I’m pretty busy between school, work, baseball, and coaching, so the house is generally relaxed and quiet during the week. Looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. Students, young professionals, travel nurses/healthcare workers, and longer-term renters are all welcome.

The room can be furnished, and I’m flexible on lease length for the right person. Utilities/terms can be discussed depending on length of stay.

Great location with quick access to I-25, DTC, DU, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and light rail.
