Edge DTC - Roomate Needed

Hey everyone! I'm urgently looking for a roommate to move into my apartment at Edge DTC in the Denver Tech Center starting August 15, 2026.

I already renewed my lease and now need to add someone to it.  I renewed this lease for 11 months, which means it would end on July 15, 2027. so I'm hoping to find someone committed as soon as possible. The office is very flexible and we can change the lease term if you would like and I am open to negotiating but the price will change. You are more than welcome to come check the place out as well and we can grab lunch or something!

Move-in Date: August 15, 2026 (or within the next month-ish)

This isn't a new apartment search, I already live here and absolutely love the apartment and the location. My current roommate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over the master bedroom and be added to the lease.

* Master bedroom with private attached bathroom
* Located in the Denver Tech Center
* Great location for school, work, nightlife, and getting around Denver
* In-unit washer & dryer
* Wood-burning fireplace
* Pool open during summer
* 24-hour gym
* Clubhouse with grills, coffee station, TVs, lounge area, and free printer
* 24-hour maintenance
* Living room and kitchen already furnished
* Optional reserved covered parking available
* You're welcome to come tour the apartment before deciding

RENT & UTILITIES
* Total rent: $1,994/month before utilities
* Your portion: 58% (~$1,156/month) (open to negotiating)
* My portion: 42%
* WIFI: $71.96/month, (split 50/50)
* Gas + electric: usually around $70/month total, (split 50/50)

ABOUT ME
I'm Noah, 20 years old, originally from Breckenridge, CO, and currently a student at Metro State studying Entrepreneurship. I'll be in Denver through at least Fall 2028. I'm very social, outgoing, and 420-friendly. I love going out, hanging with friends, skiing, partying, or just relaxing at the apartment. I'd love to find someone who's not just a good roommate but someone who is easy to get along with and have fun with.
