Room in a spacious house

Roommate wanted; room is vacant and ready to move in.

** Lease term: 6 month lease to start with
** Monthly rent: $850 + utility&internet(usually is about$100/month)
** $500 deposit is required

Up for rent is:
A) a 2nd floor bedroom with a shared bathroom OR
B) a 1st floor bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bed/4 bath 2 story house on a quiet street. You'd be sharing the bathroom with a male roommate if upstairs bedroom is preferred. (However, there's a basement bathroom to consider for exclusive usage pending discussions.) Or the 1st floor with private bathroom across the hallway.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main floor plus a spacious open concept basement. You would be sharing the living spaces with one male & one female working remotely in their upper twenties. There is potentially a dog to come ( still searching,) so, sorry, no pet please.

The house is conveniently located in SE Denver near Hampden & Tamarac; 6 min to highway I-25 & DTC area. Stores such as Target, Whole foods, Ace Hardware store, Walmart, and King Soopers are all either within walking distance or a short drive away.

The backyard is adjacent to a walking path & an elementary school which makes it ideal for peace & quiet. Inside, a functional kitchen & spacious dinning & family room, breakfast nook, and huge sunken great room round up the living space.
