Female looking for cat friendly female roommate

Hi! My name is Samantha. I have lived in my 900sft townhouse for 3 years and am looking for a female roommate who has no pets (unless it's like a fish or a hamster or something). I have two sweet snuggly cats so no room for more.

About me: I am 34, working as a Realtor and property manager. I am also a singer songwriter. I love video games, reading, baking, biking, hiking, fishing, yoga, writing music, singing, and more. Very chill and happy person ◡̈

Looking for someone to take over my second room which is about 11x11 and a large closet. We would share the upstairs bathroom but there is also a downstairs half bath you can take over for getting ready etc. I park in the garage but there are plenty of parking lot spots as well as street parking. The neighborhood is super quiet and my neighbors are wonderful and friendly. I have a small garden I tend to in the warmer months.

Looking for someone who is kind, responsible, clean, and quiet. I work from home a lot of the time, and am constantly cleaning :)

Laundry in unit. 800/m includes the room and all utilities (water, electric, trash, high speed internet).

I am not in a rush to find a roommate but would like to find the right person for the short term. -Sam :)
