Room for rent Denver area

Sizeable room on the cusp of Denver and Aurora! 14x10.5 feet, 3 closets, ground floor. The household has two other people living in it and 2 cats. Rent is month to month so if stuff doesn't work out no sweat, we wanna make sure this is a good fit. Before moving in you will be background checked.

Open to students or fulltime workers!

Attached bathroom, although it is the guest bathroom so it is not fully private. However there is a sink and a counter in the room, as well as two bathroom closets. Washer and Dryer in the basement

Cats or small dogs are allowed! However there is a pet deposit of 300$ that will be returned upon move-out depending on the state of the room. We currently have two cats.

Two people already live there, both of us female I'm 21 and my roommate is 20, I'm in college and work part time and my roommate works fulltime.

There are many local restaurants and stores around the place, and there is good transportation to nine-mile station. about half a mile away from nine mile. The complex also has a pool and hot tub during the warmer months.
