I’m offering the private basement of my owner-occupied Denver home near East Colfax. I live upstairs. You’ll have the basement to yourself, including one furnished queen bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette and office. I come downstairs once a week, on Sunday afternoons/evenings, to do laundry. This is a roommate arrangement within my home, with that regular laundry-access exception.

One off-street parking space is included. Rent is $1,600 per month, with all utilities and high-speed internet fully included and no separate surcharge. Deposit: $500.

Available November 1, 2026. My preferred end date is May 31, 2027, with longer stays open for discussion. Successive shorter stays are welcome within that period. No pets. No smoking or parties.

Couples are welcome at the same $1,600 monthly rent, with no surcharge.
