Hello! My name is Laura and I am looking for one female roommate to sublease the master bedroom (10.8’ X 14.5’) with walk-in closet for $975 per month. Utilities are a consistent $100 per month per person. This person would ideally sublease June 1st or July 1st through March 31, 2027, however the room is open now and sublease dates are flexible. This amazing 2 bed, 1 bath 1930’s bungalow is located 3 blocks south of Sloan’s Lake, 2 blocks north of a light rail station, and includes your own free off-street parking spot in the back of the house.

I am LGBTQ+ friendly, dog friendly, non-smoker, social drinker, Christian, waking hours are usually 9/10am to 12am, and prefer that significant others do not spend the night.

I am looking for someone who desires to communicate and help make the home a place we both enjoy living in. I was a snowboard instructor at Winter Park and just finished working as the Director of Tech Operations for a film. My next job may or may not be a remote position so I am also looking for someone who’s ok with me working from home if needed. I am a laidback go with the flow kind of person who loves spontaneous adventures. I keep the main living spaces clean and tidy and greatly appreciate open and honest communication, especially during times of conflict.
