Large room for rent+smaller private room ideal for an office, craft room, additional storage. Looking for a responsible, clean, and dog friendly roommate to share my home.
The house is located a walking distance from Ruby Hill Park (enjoy summer concert series at Levitt Pavilions, bike park, and incredible winter sledding/railyard). East Access to Sante Fe Drive, South Broadway, and a quick drive or transit ride to downtown Denver.
The bathroom will be shared but I am in no way a bathroom hog and I'm very clean.
You will be sharing the house with me (the homeowner) and my two large, friendly dogs. Because the dogs already occupy a lot of space and rule the roost, we cannot accommodate any additional pets at this time. I am a busy professional using the rental income to help pay down my mortgage. I maintain a clean, relatively quiet, and respectful home environment. I am looking for a roommate who communicates well, cleans up after themselves in shared spaces, and genuinely loves big dogs!
