Spacious and private basement suite available in a home located in Rosedale, just south of Platt Park. This is the largest and most private space in the house, featuring a living area, bedroom, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The main floor includes a shared kitchen, living room, backyard, and garage. The other three bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering plenty of separation and space.

We’re a quiet, easygoing household currently made up of four women in their 20s–30s and one very sweet dog. We’re respectful, clean, and friendly, with a relaxed and low-drama environment.
