I have private unfurnished bedroom in a beautiful two bed, one bath apartment in Platt Park available now!

Base room price is $1,155 without utilities.
We pay electric, gas and internet
Max Xcel cost $100 each

The room is wonderful, it has two bright windows facing north and west, with a big beautiful tree right outside your window, you have the bigger and more private room with a large closet.
The whole apartment has hardwood flooring throughout.

My prior roommate had all the furniture and kitchen supplies and such, so if you have a lot of stuff , I can accommodate that!

We have free shared laundry with the other units in the 6 plex. All the other neighbors in the units are wonderful, quiet and considerate, they keep noise levels down, no parties.

The surrounding neighborhood is amazing. People are walking their dogs all the time and are very friendly, the neighborhood is also quiet with a lot of families.
We are nestled in between S Broadway and S Pearl street, only a few blocks away from shops and restaurants on both! Also only few blocks south of Sprouts, as well as only a block away from Platt Park and the Decker Library. Louisiana Pearl Street station is also only about a 10 min walk away.

I love living in this area and getting to walk to the farmers market on S Pearl street. I have been able to build community with the neighbors around us.

I’m calling in someone to live with who is open and willing to create a harmonious living environment. Someone who wants to connect and is open to friendship if it should happen that way. Having a friendly, communicative , collaborative, and supportive relationship is really important for me in this space.

About me:

I’m 38, female, I currently work as a floral specialist. I have a background in business and counseling and am working on a path towards my counseling license. I love to bake, sing, dance and engage in anything creative! I love the outdoors and being outside as much as possible. You’ll find me sitting next to a tree or at the park with my sweet pup Evie. Evie is a 12 year old lab mix. She super sweet and loving, and having a roommate who loves dogs is a must!

My home is a sacred space for me, I use this space to relax and unwind after work. I’m more of an introvert in that I turn inward when I’m home, and more extroverted when I’m outside of the home at work and socializing. I also live a sober lifestyle out of choice and love it.

I prefer to have a clean and tidy shared space and live with someone who also likes a clean and tidy shared space.
