Hi there! I'm looking for one great person to live with and share an awesome house in a great neighborhood. Looking for someone who is mature, responsible, respectful, clean, and relaxed.

Looking for the right fit for this 2 Bed, 1 Bath home located in the Berkeley neighborhood, very close to Tennyson and the Highlands. Minutes to I-70 and about 15 to downtown.

The home is completely furnished. Plenty of street parking, you'll never have an issue finding a spot. Fenced in backyard with patio furniture and a grill...great for BBQ's. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. The basement is unfinished. Down there you’ll find a third (unfinished) bedroom for guests, laundry, a toilet (just a toilet in a small room. Comes in handy), small gym and some storage. There is also some storage space in the garage for toys.

Looking for a roommate who is clean in the common areas, who doesn't use tobacco, cleans their own dishes, simple compost and recycling, keeps the kitchen clean. Hoping to find a respectful, working professional who is ready to live with someone who wouldn't ask for the above if they didn't have the same respect.

Closet is 5’4” x 2’9”

If you have a significant other they are more than welcome to crash here as long as they are cool, and they're not over more than 50% of the time. This is a laid back home and want to keep it laid back...not a party house, but friends are always welcome to visit.

No cigarette smoking...420 friendly. I don’t smoke, but don’t mind if you do.

Roommate: That's me! Female, 43 yrs old. Work from home half the time. On any given day I can be found gardening, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, golfing, cooking, or at a local taco spot. I have two sweet, snuggly pups. One is 75 lbs and her big brother is 4.5 lbs. So, must love dogs. I stay at my boyfriend’s place half the time as well, so you’ll have the place to yourself often.
