Looking fore some great people to fill my house

Hi everyone! My name is Chayse, and I’m looking for 2 great roommates to fill the upstairs master bedroom and a private room with a shared bathroom in our house near 13th & Quebec in Denver.

Rooms
- Upstairs master bedroom with a private bathroom $1,200/month + utilities
- Private room with shared bathroom $950/month + utilities
- Utilities average around $110/month

The House
- Spacious backyard
- Garage
- Plenty of parking (4-car parking pad plus a 2-car driveway)
- Quiet, convenient neighborhood

Great Location
• 5 minutes to Safeway, King Soopers, and CVS
• 2 minutes to 7-Eleven
• About 15 minutes to downtown Denver
• Easy access to major roads and everything you need

About the House
You’ll be living with me (27) and my 8-year-old husky, Maxo. My girlfriend who lives downstairs with me. You’ll also be living with Jack (26) and his 8-year-old Chihuahua both dogs super friendly! I have leads on a rooms possible 1 female moving in. but still looking for at least 1 more person.

We’re clean, respectful, and easygoing. We LOVE live music, go to EDM shows at red rocks a bunch, skating, snowboarding and skiing, hiking, camping, and getting together with friends for dinner parties, birthdays, and the occasional backyard barbecue.
