FLIGHT ATTENDANTS ONLY! - If you a Flight Attendant who doesnt want to share a bedroom! I am a female home-owner who works from home, ISO temporary "flight attendant" roommates on a weekly or month-to-month basis could last longer if able to co-exist. Message to check current availability. Two Shared bathrooms, 1 garden-level & 1 basement-level bedrooms available to rent. Both rooms are fully-furnitured(garden-level is Queen & basement-level is King, both with newer mattresses only used with mattress covers. Both contain ample storage for clothes, televisions, small desk and/or bedside tables refer to room pics. No bugs or rodents of any kind ever and doesn't want any brought to home either. No pets of any kind allowed as my dog is reactive and doesnt play well with other pets as well as owner has allergies, No smoking or No drugs. "On-Street" parking only, Shared kitchen, 2 Shared dens, Shared dining-No eating in bedroom only in dining room, must be a very clean person, understand home is slowly being repaired and remodeled in all areas so must be willing to live in those conditions. Willing to consider single persons only No guests, No partying, No wfh, quiet "active" flight attendant with verification of W-2 airline employment, must speak English fluently (Spanish-speaking Bi-lingual is okay). Willing to consider other frequently-out of state-traveling professionals. Close enough to DIA and bus/light rail for airline workers. Clean active-reserve flight attendant roommate preferred. Details:
• Rent: $200/week or $750/month (utilities included).
• Deposit: Full first and 1/2 of last months rent required upfront with cleaning fee (willing to work with you)
• Rooms: Fully furnished, spacious 1 Queen bed garden-level & King bed basement-level
• Shared Spaces: Kitchen, 2 dens, dining room (no eating in the bedroom), and 2 shared upper-level bathrooms.
• Parking: "On-street" parking available.
• Neighborhood: Quiet area near a park, close to DIA and bus/light rail stations.

Rules and Preferences:
• No smoking, vaping, hookah, drugs, or excessive drinking.
• No pets (due to allergies and a reactive dog).
• No guests, parties, or WFH (work from home).
• Single flight attendant occupants only (no couples or children).
• Must speak English fluently (Bi-lingual is acceptable) and verify W2 airline employment.
• Cleanliness is a must; willing to live in a home undergoing repairs & remodeling.
