Enjoy a comfortable private bedroom upstairs in a well-maintained 3-br, 2.5 ba shared home. Your two housemates are clean, quiet, and respectful young professional tenants in their 20s–30s. You’ll share a full bathroom with one tenant, while the other has their own ensuite. For convenience, there’s also a shared half bathroom on the first floor.
The owner (me) lives just 15 minutes away and visits the home periodically for maintenance and to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your bedroom comes fully furnished with a full-size bed, an L-shaped desk, a chair, and a spacious closet. A large window overlooks the peaceful backyard and features blackout curtains for a comfortable and restful sleep.

All utilities are included, along with high-speed internet. You’ll have full access to the modern kitchen, cozy living area with TV, and the backyard. Essential kitchenware and cleaning supplies are provided—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with excellent access to the airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and major highways—making it easy to reach any part of the city.

No pet is preferred, but a well-trained small cat is acceptable with extra charges.
No smoking, drugs, or parties. Reference and background checks are required.
